What People Are Saying
“You provide a service to people with every class you teach that is so much more than just the asanas and the workout – it’s been the one thing I could rely on to make me feel better through this entire pandemic.”
– Rachel P.
Vinyasa Flow
“I’m so glad I discovered yoga with Laura. It compliments my climbing perfectly and has improved my mobility and core strength. Classes are well-paced and challenging for all levels. She’s a supportive and encouraging teacher, I highly recommend giving her a try.”
— Scott H.
Yoga for Climbers
“I was always afraid to go to a yoga class because I’m not a naturally a very ‘bendy’ person. Learning under Laura’s tutelage has made me so much more comfortable trying new things. Now it’s the one thing that happens during my week that actually relieves stress…The physical benefits are amazing as well, just the added strength and flexibility motivate me to keep trying and do more.”
— Lisa M.
Vinyasa Slow Flow
“For a year or more I was afraid to move. I felt like my body was locked. I think getting shots in my SI joints allowed me the freedom to move around…but didn’t fix the tightness or fear of moving…that is where yoga came in and it feels amazing. I feel more confident and stronger each time we have a session. Now, I can bend over freely which has helped me with my everyday life. My improvement in the last month or two has literally been life changing. I feel so happy.”
-Kim H.
Yoga for Therapeutic Benefits
“Tonight was one of those nights where I feel awful and I wanted to not show up but came anyway because I know that I always feel so good after class. Thank you, truly.”
— Gina S.
Yoga for Climbers
